  Very good location, near to the railway station but quite and comfortable inside. Tasty food, very kind staff. We really enjoyed staying there.

  While the hotel is part of the Best Western chain, it does not meet Best Western standards. The facilities are in need of better maintenance, the reception is manned by mostly indifferent staff (except for one young man who was exemplary), and the internet access is completely unsatisfactory. I was supposedly in a premier double room, but the bathroom smelled, and the wardrobe door fell off. I would recommend finding an alternative hotel near the Gare Central if location is important to you.

  Excellent location. Luxembourg is very walkable. Superb bus service for free. (May be not but still). Go there, be convinced.

  It was across the street from the rail station and within walking distance of the Old Town. Breakfast was included as was wi-fi. Meals in the lounge were very good and there were a range of prices. Food was good. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Close to the train station, walking distance from all interesting things in the city. Easy parking. Nice breakfast, welcome wine drink. The room is cosy.

  The hotel staff at The Narvana Hotel in Brugge is extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast is also excellent and the location is great, I would recommend this hotel to anybody. The location of the Best Western in Luxembourg is very good and the view from the room is very good. The Best Western Hotel in Paris were under construction which was a bit disturbing early in the mornings.

  Good breakfast. Reliable internet and great location next to Gare Central. 10 minutes (on foot) away from valley and from centre. Direct link by bus to airport.

  Good location for business trip (very central, next to the station etc.)

  I booked a non-smoking room but got one for smokers - actually I didn't complaint because I stayed for one night only but it wasn't a pleasant experience :-(

  The location was excellent, literally across the street from the train station. Very nice because it was raining when I got there. Front desk helpful, nice buffet
